I have been buying cars for over thirty years and I must say that my ACURA experience has been the best one to date!! Carl Brynko my sales consultant was the absolutely the most helpful and honest person to work with and I should know I am a marketing recruiter. Balal Rauf the business manager, let’s just say this man loves his job and I can see why. He made the entire purchase end on an even happier note. The fact that I would even take the time to go to this site shows you how impressed I was with these guys. I came in with prices from other dealerships and Tom Couch said he would do whatever it took to make me happy, and they did! There was no pressure and no sales tricks. There was no back and forth haggling. It was a pleasure working with this dealership. They are very professional, courteous, and were understanding of my needs. They are very friendly and made me feel as if we had known each other for a long time. They were very knowledgeable about the product and extremely efficient when it came time to review the paperwork. I see no need to shop anywhere else when it is time to buy a new Acura.

I recently purchased an used car. Every one including sales managers were not co-operative. But I liked the car. So I took it. I would never make a purchase here again.I would never recommend this to any one. You expect some treatment when you spend over 20 Grand on a car.

Elite Acura is hands down the best dealer I have ever worked with! Two months earlier, I had the typical "dog and pony" show at another Acura dealer and left after 2 hours of what felt like a hostage situation. Earlier in the day, I visited yet another Acura dealer. Same thing and they didn't have the color I wanted, so we left. The folks at Elite Acura were wonderful! I spoke to Doug Hillman, sales manager, by phone around 2 PM. He had my MDX in his inventory. Leased a car 3 years ago, now I am turing it in, found out that the lease was misrepresented. I am being charged for minor parking lot dings, and that all four tires are notthe same brand. Calls to the leasing company are no help all all. would not trust these people at all.

I recently leased a car from Tom Counch at Elite Acura, I am now hooked and I think I will only drive Acura's. The service at the dealership was impeccable. Never once was I made to feel that I was just another customer, from the first visit to the delivery where everyone congratulated me and shook my hand as a new Acura owner. Elite Acura is the best experience i ever had. Tom Couch who is the sale Rep who took care of me. He is very knowledgeable and helpful! He treated me with respect and not like other dealership some reason dont take me seriously. OH Well its there loss!!! I was looking for a Mdx 2010 Tech package. Tom was great! no pressure from the beginning and really made me feel comfortable. He had all of the information and was very well prepared to answer all of my questions. I came back to Tom to make the purchase because of this. His honesty and respect that he gave me was more important to me than the vehicle.
