It is simply amazing how professional the staff of Elite Acura is - all members of the staff. The Sales Person (Susan) treated me like an intelligent thinking being. I had an excellent experience at Elite Acura. They gave me a great deal on used 2007 RDX, then gave me another great deal on my trade-in. Really bent over backwards to help me out. No pressure sale. I've been to other dealerships where they either ignore you if they think you won't buy, or hover around like vultures if they think you will. Elite Acura did neither of these things. A clean sale and an superior purchasing experience. Highly recommended.

My wife and I purchased a used 2010 Acura ZDX and we could not have been more satisfied with the dealership itself and the two men we worked with. They quoted a fair price for the vehicle and offered several options (paint sealant and lost key options) but there was no high pressure sales tactics. We were also very pleases with the willingness of the Service Manager to locate the right vehicle. He had several ZDX's out as loners. We would recommend this dealer over any Acura dealership in the Tri State area.
What makes Elite Acura so good is the people that work for them. Mr. Jose Martinez stuck with me for months untill I found the perfect car in my price range. He didnt push me into getting the first car I saw like other dealerships would do. And for Bryan he made all the paperwork happen so I could get the car of my dreams. If your looking for a good car dealer and you stop by Elite Acura make sure you ask for Jose.
Went to Acura Dealership to check out vehicles available. Never drove or purchased an Acura before. Wife was leasing a Mercedes C class which ends in March. Sales Representative Andrew Fang was extremely knowledgeable and helpful discussing Acura vehicles and the various options of purchasing and leasing. Wife drove the TL and loved it. What a great group of guys to work with! I came in on a snowy day and they were more than happy to help reach all of by expectations. It was my first time buying a car and everyone at Elite Acura was great with answering all my questions and working with me to find a car that I would love and afford--And of course!! This was one of the easiest buying experiences we have ever had! We were upfront with what we were willing to do and so were they. Al was honest, friendly and very willing to work with us.
