Awesome dealership, awesome employees. This was my second purchase from Elite and would hate to go anywhere else. No pressure sales, great followup to service. My previous vehicle was my first Acura and experience with Elite. It is the Sales and Service of this dealership that prompted my return for my next vehicle.

The entire experience at Elite was quick and painless. They were very friendly and helpful. The paperwork was processed so quick and Bilal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have already told several people to get their next car at Elite and to ask for Al Kay. Thanks Elite!!

Having purchased various cars, we have experienced the good and the ugly with car dealerships. As consumers we know they are in the business to make money, Elite Acura did listen to our needs and followed thru and we were able to meet halfway. This is definitely appreciated and it made it better that they were able to secure a GREAT rate on our financing. So thanks again Elite Acura for taking care of us and we hope to continue a great business relationship.

I take my car to Elite Acura because I live close by and I take my car to Elite Acura because I live close by and I bought my car there. Almost every time when I go, I feel disgusted. Pretty much everyone in the service department or sales department is horrible. The service is so bad, I might consider driving 20+ miles to the Acura dealership in Turnersville.

I want to recognize Dave for being a very professional and caring salesman. He did a great job of showing the available vehicles and their features. He did not pressure me, but called to followup with me. He worked with the manager Vinny to get me the best price for the car, and both were very pleasant to deal with. My wife and I were just shopping for an Acura TL, and we meet Dave Spencer, Sales consultant. He made us feel very relaxed and was very knowledgeble about the vehicles he sold, new and used. We shopped the lot for Acura TL's, just to get an idea of their cars available. We were there approx. 1 hour and he did not force us into a test drive, but mentioned when you have more time stop back when you have time to test drive one of our vehicles. We had a great experience with the dealership and the leasing process. Everyone who touched our sale was extremely knowledgeable and professional. From our sales representative, Al, to the financing manager, Vince, to the business manager, Brian, who handled all of our paperwork. Even the General Manager, Tom, spent time with us while we were waiting for our financing. I will gladly recommend Elite to anyone interested in purchasing/leasing an Acura product. This is an update from my previous post. Tom Alfinito contacted me concerned about my experience. He wanted me to be satisfied and to get me out of the lease for no cost he bought back the car form the leasing company. In the end Elte Acura came through and my things right.
