The service department, especially Brad xxxxx, have been extremenly courteous and professional in all of my dealings. They make the customer appreciate the premium paid for the Acura name because of the way they treat the customer. Loaner care for service is especially appreciated.
Deanna was very helpful in helping to resolve my transmission problem. The car was fixed after warranty with a considerable discount from Acura and dealership, and I had a nice loaner car to drive. They installed updated transmission and PCM. Cars drives great
Balal Rauf was my sales rep on a lease of an MDX almost 2 years ago -- he had just started at Elite and was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle. Before I left the lot he helped me synch my cell phone with the new "cool" handsfreelink system in the MDX. Well, I just bought a new phone and was having trouble synching it up with the car so I stopped into Elite today and looked for Balal to see if he could help me again. When I stopped by Elite Acura to see their inventory of TSX's, Amanda Delayo came out to see if I had any questions. She was friendly and well informed about the 2009 TSX with technology package. She went over all of the features and answered any questions I had. I made an offer that day, and she and her sales manager counter-offered, but the I felt I could do better on the price.
