He was instructed on a huge project he attended all appointments he delivered the drawings when requested ,at times it was difficult to reach him but he would always respond at the appropriate time. I am happy to recommend his service.
gave him money and said i needed drawings done quickly, which he acknowledged.. its been 4 months and he is still saying "next weekend" if i ever get through to him, having to take it as a loss and find someone else
We are in a middle of the project and it is really really hard to get a hold of Elias. It took him weeks to get back to us for revise drawing and now haven't response at all after the queries from the building reg inspector. Our project is being hold until we get any response at all and I'm beyond frustrated. Elias provided structural engineering services for a loft conversion project. I found his attitude to be very endearing and he is certainly and asset for any construction project. The turnaround time was swift and I would highly recommend his services.
