I am a new patient and so glad I made the switch over from Taylor to Elgin. It was a great experience. The oral hygenist was very thorough and gentle. The followup was good also. Dr. Herring was very professional, personable and kind.
It was fantastic as always! I've been using Dr. Carl Herring and his staff for many years and they always do a fantastic job! He is a wonderful dentist! Roxanne Wolf did a great job cleaning and X-raying my teeth today.
I love that this office runs on time, every time. In addition, the fillings I just had done were excellent. My bite is exactly the same as before, and I can't even tell which part is filling and which is natural tooth anymore. Dr. Herring was friendly and informative, and also reassuring, during the procedure.
I was ushered into the treatment bay on time and the hygienist gave me useful feedback. Regular doctor was not available so his partner did the rest of the routine exam. I was assured that although this practitioner was not a preferred provider under United Health Care, my insurance would be billed as normal.
Great service, Wait was minimal. Friendly helpful people.
Diagnosis, consult, and procedure completed quickly and painlessly.
Had a great visit. My 8 yr old needed a tooth pulled and it's too difficult to get over to her pediatric dentist in Round Rock. They had a great Bedside manner with her, and dealt week with her anxiety superbly! I dont think I'll be traveling into Round Rock any longer....as our home town dentist fits the bill!
Roxanne is always so patient and kind with my son. I appreciate her dedication!
