My visit was great. Made me feel comfortable and lessen my fear.
I have been going to Dr. Scott for a few years now and have always had as positive an experience as a dental appointment can be! I really like the fact that the chairs overlook a small garden where there are lots of birds always at the feeders. The gals at the desk are great at explaining anything you have questions about, too. The only thing I could ever say anything bad about is that the massage sections of the chairs are too high for a shorty like me!
I only had to go in for a cleaning today, and my time in the waiting room was very short. the hygienist was very good she has cleaned my teeth a few times and has always done a great job. I really appreciate there friendliness and professionalism and I'm glad I finally found a dentist that I feel comfortable with.
My girls and I repeatedly have wonderful quality professional service at Elgin Family Dental. We are consistently made comfortable and at ease as soon as we enter the front door. I highly recommend Elgin Family Dental. The staff are the BEST.
I am a 30 years retired Los Angeles Police officer who has seen it all. There is nothing I am afraid of, but I admit I am afraid to go to the dentist. I moved to Elgin from Los Angeles 2 years ago and had to find a new dentist. I am so happy I chose your office. Your staff is so professional and friendly. They made me feel like I was not a patient but a friend who came to visit. Thank you for taking the tension and stress from me and making me comfortable.
Was a pleasant visit, very warm reception from all staff and Dr. Everyone was very helpful with answers to my question and made me very comfortable.
I'm always treated as though I'm the only patient at Elgin Dental. I get the best care and attention. That's why I've continued to go there after more than 35 years!
Very professional, friendly, and competent.
Twice a year I dread going to the dentist but the staff at Elgin Dental make a bad thing good. Roxanne is always a blast, even though it is painful, she does a great job. (it really doesn't hurt much as I just got to give Roxanne a hard time). Really going to miss Roxanne since she is retiring. Great front staff who always help and Dr. Herring is thorough to ensure teeth will be with me a while.
