I always feel welcomed at the Elgin Family Dental Office. I enjoy sitting in the waiting area,It is a comfortable setting. The prompt and efficient staff always see me in a timely manner.
I HATE needles and sharp implements anywhere near me, most importantly, I HATE going to the dentist, but the dental hygienist was very patient and kind and we got through the process in an amazingly short amount of time! Since dental trips are a must, I will keep going to Elgin Family Dental. I have already recommended them to my husband and several neighbors.
I found out that I needed a root canal. So we scheduled a date for the procedure. My family and friends had me terrified and were even apologetic because I had to go through this. So there I was sitting in the dentist office with my nerves on end. I was called to the back and assured that this procedure would be painless. This was my first time here and I couldn't be more excited about my next appointment! The service is so GREAT that I made appointments for my whole family.
This was my first time to visit Elgin Family Dental and I was very pleased all of the staff and with the experience. I am scheduled to see them again and happy to be part of their family.
For a cavity getting filled, there wasn't any pain while numbing shot was being administered, only gentleness.
My appointment was on time and totally satisfactory. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Always apprehensive about visiting a new dentist. The people there are very friendly and extremely tolerant. I had a situation come up where I had to leave suddenly. They simply rescheduled with a smile. They ARE my new dentists!
