Luke and the team did an amazing job in giving our pond the full cleaning treatment! Emptying the pond...fish included..servicing the filtration system anhd giving everything a "spring clean" has brought our feature back to life and ready for the frogs to arrive! All in all, cannot be faulted.
Last November Luke relined our 30 year old, overgrown, silted up pond. He managed to save as much wildlife as possible and some plants, and replaced all the edging stones. Early spring we were worried that it appeared to be barren. However we bought a few new plants and some snails and now it is teeming with life, including tadpoles, froglets and frogs. Would highly recommend Elevate Ponds.
Our 15 year old garden stream feature was leaking badly and needed attention. We approached Luke to visit to assess what was needed and he invited us to visit his show area in North Leeds - we were very impressed. After investigation it was agreed that the old pond was beyond an easy solution, so we decided to go for a complete replacement. The old pond has become a wildlife haven and we were keen to ensure that this would be preserved. Luke completely emptied my pond, cleaned it and refilled it adding a bacteria pack to kick start the new environment. I was so impressed by his work- comms with him was excellent and he did a great job in a highly professional manner. I was so impressed that I have taken out an annual maintenance contract with Elevate Ponds & Water Features. I highly recommend this company.
My wife Sue and I live in Ilkley West Yorkshire and I cannot praise Luke and his small dedicated team at Elevate ponds enough for completely renovating and repurposing our pond/waterfall..The exisiting pond was over 20 years old and was tired,leaking and needed a complete refresh.From the design stage through construction to completion the work started on time and finished early.Their clean up was thorough and it now looks so natural and a thing of real beauty.If you need a new or repurposed pond these are the guys to go to
