This is the third car (one each for myself and my partner and now one for my daughter) we have purchased from Elephant Car Sales as we have been so happy with the good value of their cars and the excellent customer service Ben and his team provide. We wouldn’t use any other garage now as we know they are reliable and true to their word.
A great place for finding a bargain. There was a minor problem with the car (the horn stopped working), however it was under warranty - after contacting them they got someone to fix it.
Couldn't be happier with my service. On a Sunday when closed I have rang the man apologised it's Sunday and for the phone call. Just i was in area to buy a car which I didn't end up buying. I see an audi a3 for sale on courtyard. Rang him up the car was my full budget and abit more. He reduced the price to my budget and delivered the car to my home. All on a Sunday when closed. Excellent service would definitely recommend here for a car. Top bloke down there
Brought a car from Ben at elephant car sales. Great customer service and very helpful. Lovely guy to deal with and the car is brilliant too.
i bought my first car from here and they have been amazing ever since when i had a problem with my break they fixed it for me instantly under my warranty and kept me updated the whole time, very very helpful
