DO NOT RECOMMEND I booked a massage for my girlfriend today (8th November). When we arrived there was a single lady (Cindy), who greeted us and also was the one who was doing the massage. Cindy left my girlfriend in the room for 10 mins, when she then started the massage she only rubbed her body. Yesterday was my first visit to Elements, very good massage by Cindy felt very relaxed afterwards, will be back for another massage soon
Informed receptionist that I'll be a bit late as I was caught up at the post office to withdraw money. She said that it was fine but it was disappointing to find out that when I arrived late, she said the masseuse was busy and only offered 45 mins. I even apologised but she was giving me attitude. First and last time, wouldn't recommend at all.
can't rate it any lower, nicest massage i've had for a long time, real deal masseuse easy location and really sorted out my shoulder which has been giving me pain for a few weeks. Thank you.
