Great Service ... Excellent Results – After months of thinking about getting laser hair removal, my friend happened to mention that she went to Elements Laser Spa and she recommended it so I made my first appointment that week. Terrible Customer Service – Approximately 6 weeks ago, I had my first laser experience at Elements. Kristen was friendly and informative and the experience was pleasant. Years ago, I had tried laser hair removal and experienced severe burns so I was hesitant to try again. There was no pain or burns. I was ecstatic. duh WINNING! – Living with un-wanted body hair, I have shaved, waxed and even sugared for years. None of which are satisfactory in the long-run. Having been curious about laser treatments for several years, I investigated an ad for Elements in Groupon and got the complete low-down from their shop. Lasers that work – A bit pricey, but after trying a few less expensive spas and getting terrible results, I signed up for a groupon with Elements and have been thrilled with the results. Nicole has treated me 4 times and she is pleasant, fast, and thorough.
I might be addicted... – I had been considering laser hair removal for a while, so when Elements had a Groupon special last summer, I jumped right in and bought two. I'm about to go in for my 6th bikini treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've also had two lower leg treatments, which I was happy to discover do go above the knee some.
