Elements is the best! Everyone that works there is great, they are really accommodating when it comes to scheduling, I have a busy schedule and they always manage to fit me in. I have been getting laser hair removal for a while and it is definitely working. I had no idea it would not only reduce hair, but lighten and soften my skin! I was on the edge about getting laser hair removal for awhile, mostly because of the cost. Finally, I went for it, and I am SO happy that I did. I shopped around at a few different laser hair removal places, but ultimately I chose Elements and I definitely made the right choice! Initially I went to Elements to have a small tattoo partially removed but have since gone back for freckle removal and broken capillary treatments. After experiencing all 3 procedures, numerous times each (having targeted my face, neck, chest, hands, arms, and tattoo area) by Elements' exceptional technicians, I have nothing but glowing reviews for this gem of a spa. Dawna Lynn is the best! She is very thorough with the lasering, she goes out of her way to make sure that I am comfortable during my sessions, and she is very knowledgeable (explains the process and is open to any questions). She is empathetic and wants to make sure that you are pleased with the process and results. Elements Laser Spa is a great place. Rose Rocks!!! I am not a fan of driving downtown and trying to park but I know that I cannot live without Rose. She sincerely cares about her clients and if there is any chance you could have bad results from laser treatment she always does the right thing! Very educated and knowledgeable on the dos and dont's and I appreciate that someone is looking out for me. I will endure the downtown ordeal since she will never go anywhere else because in her words Elements 'is the best!'

My first visit was harrowing--getting there through 5th Street construction projects slowed me, then my first encounter with Austin's new parking meters confounded me.
