I love this place. It's not at all snooty or stuffy or anything else associated with the word "spa". On the contrary, it's laid back and friendly, and you are in good hands there. Rose has always been my technician, and she's great. I highly recommend her and Elements!

I love this spa, North or South location has friendly staff. I felt comfortable from the first treatment ( Brazillian - not so easy to feel comfortable ). Dawna Lynn is great makes you feel at ease, she is quick and pays attention to detail. I had great results with my underarm treatments. I went back for other areas, I would recommend this laser spa. Nicole is the greatest! She is always so friendly and sweet. I have been having laser treatments for about 3 years now and ever since Nicole started doing them I look forward to going to my appointments. It makes me want to buy a new package every two years just so I can see her. I just love her awesome personality!
Rose is the best – I have been going to elements for laser hair removal for about a year. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Rose is my technician and has been excellent. I have had bad experiences at other salons but this place is very careful about performing the treatments. Rose is very thorough and makes the experience pleasant. I have had great response to the treatments. Agree with other comments that parking can be a pain. I highly recommend elements and especially Rose!
Elements: Highly Recommend! – I just completed 6 Brazilian laser sessions with Dawnna and she made the whole experience very pleasant. This was my first foray into lasering so I was glad I chose such a professional place and got Dawnna as my technician. She made me feel very comfortable and my results were great. I was especially glad that she was age-appropriate for a middle-aged woman such as myself. The salon is very clean and well-furnished. Parking can be a pain but it's worth the aggravation for the salon.
