Wonderful Experience – I originally was getting my laser hair removal done at Depilite before they took my money and ran. Elements was wonderful in negotiating a great rate for me so, I could afford to finish what I started. Also, the customer service I have experience as been superb. I would recommend them to anyone and have done so.

Excellent staff and great services!! – The staff is so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable throughout your procedures. They really do treat me like I'm their only client! The location is convenient. I'm always able to find curbside metered parking along 7th and San Jacinto. The rooms have great decor and a real Austin appeal. This place is FANTASTIC!! – This place is absolutely awesome. FIRSTLY, when Depilite shut down without notice, Elements was willing to help me out with continuing my laser treatments there- if this has happened to you- talk to the staff at Elements! My Brazilian bikini laser treatments have worked amazingly. I never even have to worry about it! The treatments are virtually painless and the staff makes me feel super comfortable.
