Terrible attitude. Cannot even be bothered to greet people. Was looking to buy a gazebo and lounge set + dining set, but as we weren't even greeted let alone approached, we just left. And they wonder why the high street is dying...
Absolutely horrendous service. Like the other reviews, they have no customer service. There were 4 couple walking around the showroom and 2 staff members just sat behind the tills chatting away. One woman saw my daughter was standing on the sofa whilst my husband and I were discussing if we should buy the unit we were looking at, and she shouted over FROM THE TILLS, "can you not stand on the sofas"...like, just come over and say politely, "do you mind getting her down off the sofa?"...awful attitude that we just got up and l... read more
