We had work completed by this company in our area last year, replacing cables and unlooping works. Since then we've had constant power cuts, this is due to their abysmal work after they had finished, to the point they've had to come back out and replace the entire cabling we had. Hopefully it lasts longer this time round, but I'm not holding out much hope. Extensive work was carried out at our property in Falkirk over the last week, from office staff to tradespersons involved everyone was extremely hard working , polite and a pleasure to deal with, often going the extra mile, I would have no issues whatsoever recommending EAS to others , Outstanding from start to finish.
Had new electrical cable installed and the old cable ends replaced. All the work was carried out as planned with no problems at all. The workforce were first class leaving the outside as they found it it, with no signs of the holes they had dug. Inside, they replaced the cable ends and reattached the meter. When work was completed, they tidied up and cleaned the area around the meter.
Megan and all the team have been brilliant. Excellent communication throughout, all the lads did a great job on site, friendly, got the job done in time, the ladies in the office were brilliant from start to finish, highly recommend!.
