We asked Chris to look at a faulty light and explained where what we thought the issue was. He spent an entire day trying to diagnose the issue (other than helping with 2 small fixes that were done in an hour) and couldn’t find the issue. We were told that he would have to rip out part of our ceiling to trace the issue to sort it out, After Chris left, we decided to have a look ourselves and found the issue within 5 minutes and sent a photo to him of the broken wire. We moved to the United Kingdom from the United States and brought some of our lamps. Chris was able to re-wire all of them. He kept us updated on his progress the entire time and our lamps work perfectly. Very reasonable!
