Great place to stay! Nice facilities, great staff, good food, outstanding service. In close proximity of the beautiful downtown area. While there, the central heat and air went out. The first night was pretty uncomfortable. To the staff's credit they were very responsive to my requests. They also credited my account as a result of the heating problem. I would gladly stay there agaiñ.
Loved the room, decor and hands down best staff! Thank you for making our Santa fe trip unforgettable.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in that allowed pets! They had a dogs welcome sign with pups names on it. Water bowls, and a little bag with treat, toys and a list of pet friendly restaurants!
1- A/C hasn't worked for the past two days. Understood that that is not the management's fault. 2-There are windows but only one opens. 3-The lighting is not real bright. (I'll call it mood lighting). Over all. Not a bad place to stay.
We always enjoy our stay at the El Dorado. Their staff and accomidations are first class time after time!
