I had breakfast with a friend there. The staff and our server, were super friendly! Our food was excellent!!
First time staying at the hotel. The staff was great. When I checked in I noticed my window was broken and they moved me to a room that had a balcony and a fireplace. If I have the chance to go back, I will deffiently stay with them again.
It was the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in for sometime. The staff were ready to do whatever it took to make your stay outstanding. An yes I will go back.
The Eldorado is a beautiful hotel and our room was very nice and comfortable. For dinner we were trying to decide whether to walk over to the Plaza or eat onsite. The Old House online menu looked fantastic so we decided to eat there. Once we got there we were told that the online menu was outdated. We were given the updated menu which was surprisingly very limited for a 4 diamond hotel. We were very disappointed. The staff bent over backwards trying to make it up. This is a wonderful hotel. Every staff member we saw greeted us in a friendly, helpful manner. The room is well appointed, a good size, very comfortable, and the beds are fantastic. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Santa Fe again.
