Beautiful hotel and views from the premium rooms. But that's the only reason for the 3 stars. The facility is showing serious signs of age and the disgusting pool and hot tub have all but been forgotten with orange film caked around the edges and lounge chairs rusted and falling apart. They charge a "resort fee" and was informed it didn't include the pool area after I complained of it's condition??? WHERE is the resort then? And now we have NO water at all in our bathroom! We are currently staying here on our honeymoon and this staff is the kindest and friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure to encounter! Our room is so wonderful, the views from our balcony are amazing! Our room had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us, as well as a very sweet note from the staff that is definitely a keepsake to us! Well furnished and comfortable. Twin room beds are a bit small with full beds. Agave has a great pork chilaquilas for breakfast!
