Just part of show, but staff here has been very helpful.
Thunderstorm with hail; not the hotel’s fault. Coming back to room after dinner to find water soaking the couch, dripping on the carpet, and ceiling bubbling was a problem. Being told there were no other room options and having engineering not show up in a timely fashion was a bigger problem. While the hotel can’t control the weather, they can control their level of service. I did finally get another room after the third phone call about chunks of ceiling falling on the carpet with the caveat that it’s “just for the night”. ... read more
Beautiful hotel and very nice staff
Had the most wonderful spa service as I was dealing with the effects of altitude sickness. Headache and dizziness. Kevin gave me a wonderful massage making sure to work on my head and neck and sinuses calming the headache. Beautiful facilities.
Great hotel. Friendly and attentive staff make you feel welcome. Great location for walking to the plaza and lots of nice shops and restaurants. Rooms beautiful with great bed and amenities. Definitely will stay there again.
