Clean and luxurious. Staff very helpful and organized when setting up for meetings, banquets, etc. By the way, located downtown with shops and dining places within walking distance.
Got a noise complaint had security at the door 5:30 Friday night...
Rooms, food, place in general is amazing. Good restaurants around and art museums.
Very dissappointed with the front desk costumer service! I wanted to buy a dayquill and Kenisha said they were $4 when i've been buying them for the past 2 days for $1.50! The price doesnt really matter! What bothered me was her attitude, she replied "do you work here?" Clearly I dont work here, im a guest that will not tolorate that type of attitude! What sort of costumer service is that? Would never expect that top hotels like El Dorado employs people so rude!
