This is such a wonderful hotel! Close enough to the Plaza to walk but far enough away for quiet at night. They were kind enough to adjust my bill after I found a promotion after I had initially booked. The rooms are large, clean and updated.
Hotel is awesome. Hotel staff are fantastic .There restaurant is a joke at dinner time, piss poor run. After an hour in a almost empty room had to ask for our salads. Finally got up to leave and our food was amazingly ready.
Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had; even better than 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Wonderful staff and service in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Our room had a spectacular view. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay.
Lovely. A few blocks from Plaza. They need to update beds four people in a room with double (not queen) was uncomfortable. Have not stayed in a hotel with double beds for a long time
