I had the repose facial performed by Kayleigh. It was a very relaxing, thorough treatment using high quality truffle temple spa products. Can not recommend enough
Visited today for a pedicure. On arrival just told to go into the cafe . After 20 mins someone came saying “no one told me you where here “ Paid for a 55 minute pedicure £59.00, increased price for Friday and weekend and was done within 42 mins. It’s advertised as a luxury pedicure but I found it very simple and just basic. Nice clean place but not a great experience
Ask for Kayleigh - excellent massage therapist, 5*. However, booking was moved at short notice!
Two star purely based on value for money, £69 for a 19 minute back massage I paid yesterday. Spa decor and ambiance is 5/5, staff friendly enough overall, food has always been average though. A very pleasant and clean facility, extortionate prices aren't justified.
With two months notice I had to cancel my trip to Mallory Court in May and as a consequence I also cancelled dinners and a spa treatment I had prepaid. 13 days later and after several emails I still have not been refunded the spa treatment. I may need to fill a complaint via my bank. I do not advise you to book with them.
