Many people end up taking their trash to a first floor disposal room where it piles up. Jerald Donner, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us. We do offer residents the convenience of door to door trash service Sunday- Thursday evening with pick up currently starting between 5-7pm. We do request that only 2 bags of trash be placed out for pick up and do not weight more than 25 pounds. They also pick up recycling and cardboard boxes! It was like living on the set of an old MTV house party reality show. Left my lease early to go live in peace. Once the weekly DJ pool parties started every Saturday... I was out.
Really enjoy living here. Right next to William Peace University and so convenient to numerous restaurants, pubs an d green space. The area is safe, quiet and people in the building are very friendly.
Clay has been such an amazing staff to work with as I transition and move to the Elan! I look forward to moving here!!
Elan has exceeded even my lofty expectations. Their care, customer service and property have made moving here the best choice I have made for me!
It has been an incredible experience relocating to Raleigh at Elan City Center from NJ. Clay Cox has made the transition amazing and Clay’s as well as all Elan communication has been incredible. So excited to be an official resident and shout out to Clay for all of his help once more!
