I showed up to El Vez on a Saturday looking for space for just me to eat. I had already been told at a different establishment that unless I could find a place at the bar, they wouldn’t even put me on a waiting list. El Vez, let me know that there was an hour and a half wait, but there was a table open if I could eat quickly and vacate the table by 7. The wait staff was very courteous. Guava mojito, plantanos, brussels, tacos, poblano corn rice, jicama mango habernero guacamole, ALL the food and cocktails were amazing. Fun trip to Philly for a date night or a family dinner. Excellent service from Remy. Will definitely be back! :-)
