Food is very good in El Rey #1 but watch out the young gal behind the counter doesn’t try to charge you too much - $10 too much. She really needs to stick to the prices on the menu.
Bland carne asada tacos, absolutely no taste. Definitely don’t recommend
I used to love this place and have gone there often over the years of living right up the street, now they won't let you order over the phone unless you give them your credit card over the phone as well. That is totally unacceptable, no one wants to read their credit card number over the phone. I could forgive them not picking up and having to make multiple attempts to call them. I get it, they're busy, but this is too much. I just wanted 3 tacos...geez.
