Lived in San Diego for 20 years. Two of those years were spent living in Mexico. When I moved back here I was on a mission to find an authentic taqueria. After many disappointing attempts, I stumbled into El Ray. Hands down the best taqueria in Hampton Roads as far as I'm concerned. If you're from the SoCal area you know you miss the little local taqueria's! This is your place. Love these folks!!!!
