I had a terrible experience with EK4KIDS and would not recommend their services. I made a reservation and called to confirm all the details, but when I received the confirmation email, everything was wrong—pick-up times, dates, etc. I reached out to correct the information, only to receive yet another confirmation with the wrong date. They blamed it on a "system glitch," but this happened multiple times, which is completely unacceptable.
