I booked this company for my new property & the property am moving out of. They we due to meet me yesterday at 11.45/12. I got a txt at 11.45 saying we won't be there till 12.30/1pm & next txt saying it won't be £60 as the price that was agreed, it will be £80 as they had to collect keys from estate agent in Larbert. I said I wasn't happy to pay that & offered £70 which was accepted. They came today & had to keep saying have you done this, have you done that (which you should NOT need to do).
