Scammers! Do not order with this company. They tell you theirs been problems with equipment and delay before telling you it’s been shipped 3 times. Asked for refund and still no reply. £700 now lost and we are perusing legal action against this awful company. Ordered over 4 months ago!! They will give you every excuse under the sun. Let’s hope karma gets them in the end.
DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. Same issues as other reviewers. Placed order and paid in August and still not received. Chased up multiple times and given 3 different excuses. Now not replying on phone or email. Have requested refund but doesn’t sound like that will happen. Will be reporting the company.
Avoid, avoid avoid. Similar to other reviews. Not delivered on time. No communication. Customer service line worse than useless as no one ever answers it. Still waiting, now claim it was deivered to billing address rather than delivery address by mistake. Going to try to get my money back from PayPal!
Do not use this company. I placed an order over 2 months ago and it never arrived. I am now trying to recover my money through my bank as EJ Timber are no longer responding to my emails. I’m not sure if they’ve gone out of business, are in trouble, or this is just how they operate. Avoid.
