I had two sessions with Eileen for my flying phobia before my holiday. I couldn’t believe the difference waiting at the airport and not feeling panicky. I managed to walk straight on to the plane without any fear and was relaxed the whole flight. Eileen was extremely calming and understanding. I would definitely recommend!
