Went in too collect a simple patient summary and whilst waiting in the queue the receptionist behind the main receptionist at the desk was giving me dirty looks as if a was a piece of dirt on her shoe...very welcoming me thinks 🤔 not!! Got my summary off the very pleasant main receptionist whilst proceeding to tell them no wonder people hate the doctors when the RECEPTIONIST is acting like a absolute idiot!! 🫣 2️⃣/🔟 unfortunately 😕

Community nurses doing an amazing job in the absence of GPs ...bet they don't get anywhere near GP money though. Well done UK healthcare system you've eaten yourself!

Not for the first time I've been waiting on a phone call from the doctor after calling first thing, chased up after 5pm and it's now half 7 and no call back for suspect carbon monoxide poisoning. Ridiculous that you can't even get a routine appointment with a doctor. Also had test results given by the receptionist who obviously couldn't answer any questions that I had. It's so disappointing to get such a poor service under the guise of covid.
