I'm one to hate bringing in my vehicle to a dealership to have my vehicle worked on . I have been into eich now for a few different things and felt I needed to write a good review for them . I really do feel like they are a honest , reliable, and a trust worthy company . I know I can trust them to property fix any issues that arise and keep my vehicle operating safely. I had car trouble on my way to do a presentation on a recent Saturday morning and I was so thankful to Eich Motors for their help! They quickly got me set up with a loaner car so I could make it to Brainerd to do my presentation and I was able to use the loaner car until mine was finished a few days later. They explained very well what repairs were needed when they called to update me and the final cost was less than what I had thought it would be!
We love Eich Motors! Everyone is SO friendly and helpful.
I've taken my Jetta (that I bought from another dealer) to all of the Volkswagen dealerships for service in the twin cities, but BY FAR, taking my car to Eich has been the BEST. The service department is honest and trustworthy, and will always go above and beyond to make regular maintenance & car trouble a breeze. And they always do a follow up call to make sure everything is okay too! I'm definitely a repeat customer, and recommend them to everyone (even my non-vw friends!) Be sure to ask for Jeff, he's incredible!
