In the past they have treated us well but today I left feeling offended and robbed. Uninformed of a $125 fee to run a diagnosis on the AC. Specifically asked to let us know of any charges and they didn't. When I confronted them about the fee (the repair was too expensive to make today) the guy replied very snidely, "well wouldn't you assume that you have to pay when you come into a business?" yes but i also assume to be treated with respect and be INFORMED of any charges. Eich Motor Company does awesome work. They were able to get my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on the day I requested and they performed the work efficiently and treated me well.
I appreciate the way technicians at Eich keep me informed when my car is being serviced. And I know they will ask me about any other needed repairs discovered and how long they would take.
I had an appt with Eich Motor on Friday to have another key made since I lost one. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. They said it would be 45 min. or more & it was done in that time. They also washed my vehicle & I was happy about that. I noticed that they also did a multipoint service inspection with no problems. I feel that Eich employees really care about their customers.
