I went in for a recall repair, part wasn't immediately available but they set me up with a great loaner. I had some other repairs done as well and the final bill was even a bit lower than the quote given. Very friendly staff as well!
The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Quick oil changes. They take time to go over what they did and what needs to be done. I live 45 minutes away and come here for the great costumer service.
From the moment I purchased my Mercedes from them it has been one problem after another. When my car had to be fixed a few days after purchase albeit under warranty I should have known I was getting a lemon.
From setting up the appointment, to drop off, to pick up... Everything was AMAZING! Best service, communication, and expertise. A little added bonus was the Eich teddy bear sitting in my kids car seat when I picked up the car. They truly know how to make the customer feel like part of a family that cares. Will not be bringing my Jetta to another dealership for repairs! Thanks to all who run and make this dealership top notch!!! You have made me a life time customer!

I just had my 2008 Volkswagen Pass at fixed. I had called them and made an appointment. They were so accommodating and really listened to me. They gave me a ride to the shopping mall and picked me up when the car was done. They make you feel very special. Recommend Rich Motor Company. Thanksl
They are the epitome of "Minnesota Nice." Just moved here from Maine. They are so friendly and super efficient. Yesterday Nate went above and beyond my simple oil change and switched my dirty Maine license plates for my sparkling new Minnesota ones.
