The check engine light and a flashing warning light came on my car one day. I have a Volkswagen so I thought it would be best to ask a vw dealership if they could take a look at the car. I talked to Jeff on the phone and explained the situation. He walked me through how to check my coolant level to make sure I would be able to drive the car to Eich safely. He was so welcoming and went above and beyond to help me! I didn’t purchase my car from Eich unfortunately, but I wish I had as the staff here are amazing.

JC Was fantastic! We came in knowing exactly what we were looking for, but it was late and they were about to close. After taking her for a test drive, we made arrangements to come back the next day to finish up the paperwork and drive her home! JC took great care of us, we definitely recommend Eich Motors!
