I bought my GLI from a dealership in the cities and decided to take it to Eich for an oil change since I live in Saint Cloud. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received. Terrible service. I went in to get my battery replaced and they said that they woud reprogram the radio and make sure everything was working afterwords. After the battey was replaced, my auxiliary input option on the radio stopped working. When I brought the vehicle in to get reprogrammed, they said the radio was faulty and would cost over $500 to replace. It was working great before the new battery they put in.

Pretty sad that you buy a car from this establishment and it has been a lemon from the day we have bought it. Mind you we have only owned it for a little over a year and it has not been driven for 4 months due to it is always breaking down. You have had to fixed it now three times and it is now junk. All you are doing is trying to get us into another car to make another dollar. You will not give us face value for the car. You want to give us a lot less. What kind of place are you running here?
