I've have never received less than over the top, exceptional service with Dan and the rest of the service team at Volkswagen. You've gone above and beyond each time. No amount of thank yous would be enough for all the help you have given me since I bought the car (from another dealer). I'm so disappointed. I loved everything about my CC and the service I received at Eich up until now. Not honoring my rust warranty on a three year old car is a catastrophic customer service failure. Just because the numbers didn't work for you, I no longer have value as a customer. I also loved how the service writer and VW care representative both blame the other party. The one thing that was obvious, was the service writer was not on my side from the first moment we looked at it.
In the past I have not had very good experience with Eich's Service ... however today I was VERY impressed with Jeff. I had a paint chip on my front fender, he made sure it was covered and taken care of. Also, they went ahead and fixed the squeak in my ABS and a new VW emblem! All free of charge. I had just one more thing I wanted them to look at; Jeff followed me out to my car to take a look - he talked me through it and showed me that it was all good.
