He didn't turn up to his workplace for the date and time booked, when I messaged to find out where he was, the response was I'm not in work today sorry, I asked for a reduction due to the inconvenience and the response was "I'm ok thanks" I lost a day's pay, I also work for myself, but there was no message from you to cancel the appointment, if I let my customers down like that I would apologise and offer a deduction to the cost based on there loss due to the inconvenience/ loss of earnings, your response was I'm ok thanks..... read more
