can never get through on the phone ,between 8am and 10am. 14 calls on the same day .reception staff are abrasive and couldn't care less. I finally got female doctor ,who spoke and explained my condition after 4 years..I agree with every bad review that I've read .waited on a cal back 3 days! its a disgrace !
First time here since I've changed doctors. Registered here a few months back. Done the "morning bingo call", I was lucky, only two or three times and voila, straight through, appointment for an hour later, seen quickly, took my prescription to the chemist, .... so within 2 hours I was on medication .... and yes, I'm feeling a lot better now * obviously no pictures !!!

This is a very thorough and helpful medical practice. All are polite and lovely.
