God forbid you have to see them for mental health issues, I was given antidepressants and politely told to go away when I need treatment for trauma and assessment for suspected neurodivergence. Have complained and it all ended with book recommendations. I just accepted defeat and said that's fine, but its not fine, it's despicable. Complete joke of a surgery never listen and certain receptionist are very cheeks
1 star because 0 is not an option. Used to be a great surgery back when you didn't have to play 8.30am till 9.30am ticket master hotline. When you do get through the woman who answer has been nothing but bitter to everyone for the past 6 years and will probe you for information about your illness but has no doctors qualifications and doesn't adhere to the same code of practice they do. It's disgusting service people deserve so much better.
No one answers the phone, you're assured a problem is taken care of - but it isn't. Then when you leave reviews like this, they call you and tell you that "going forward" you should complain to the office manager - that'll be so it can all be kept in-house and nothing changes. I've an idea for going forward - be better. Terrible surgery who try to tell you off after they've repeatedly messed up and you've had enough and made your views public - avoid.
Not a great surgery over the years. It's nearly impossible to get an appointment at this surgery - or even just a human voice. Today I called at 8:50am - line busy - undeterred I kept trying. Was chuffed to get through at 8:55am - less chuffed to still be on hold at 9:30am. Dithered about hanging up but decided to go for it and try again in case something had went wrong.
