Called this storage facility as its local to me and arranged to to view it. Was a little unsure as was asked by the owner to view without the kids? Showed me round, filled out all the relevant paperwork and was all set to move the caravan there on the Monday, as it is a lovely place with good security, unsure of the time as was working. Arrived on the Monday with the caravan and owner refused to let me in as he only worked til 4pm! Very secure site, and the owners assistant is very helpful and accommodating. The owner on the other hand is the opposite

We stored our caravan here for 9 months as it was the option we had. When initially organising the storage David was great. As soon as my caravan was on the site it went downhill rapidly. We couldn’t access the storage facility for 3 weeks due to him not being able to create an access card. He is extremely rude and has a seriously bad temper… swearing and shouting in front of my 2 year old! The actually security of the site is fantastic but I was glad to have moved facilities.
