I would give more stars if available. I needed recovering after hitting a pot hole and taking out two tyres. The depot kept in touch and made sure I was safe whilst waiting for recovery. The recovery guy rang me twice to say when he would be with me and again when he was on his way. The actual recovery was swift. The recovery guy then took me to the tyre depot as arranged by green flag. Just wanted to say thank you all for their help and would certainly recommend your company.

I wish to give no star at all ,but I have to give an one ... I was forced to use Egerton Recovery after the police instructed them to tow my car. The only issue was a small plastic cover hanging loose underneath — no major damage, the car was upright and safe. A friend later clipped it back in place within couple of minutes with no tools. Despite this, Egerton charged me £320 just to release the car. Under the official government tariffs (Home Office Circular 003/2023), the correct fee should have been £192.
