Not the best level of care or bedside manner from the receptionist. Very unfortunate for a GP surgery.
Having my toddler on medication for months, I ran out of it at home and on getting to the chemist I had also forgotten to order any last time. The chemist had some in and the doctor and reception staff were kind enough to write and authorise me a prescription there and then. I was done in 5 mins when the alternative would have been doing without.
Reception staff yet again let the whole service down. Absolutely shocking manner in which they speak to people. See other reviews
Had a good service from the Dr when I've actually got through, but have hardly ever managed to speak with a receptionist let alone anything else. Receptionists are generally rude; I even received this feedback from Bolton Hospital team when they tried to contact the surgery to ask for something during my visit
Doctors are fine when you can get to speak to one.Some of the receptionists have attitude problems and are very condescending(that is if you can get them to answer the phone)..Not the standard jt used to be sadly
