As owners of a flat in a small block of 5 flats in Hythe we have employed EPM for a number of years and couldn't wish for a more helpful managing agent. Melita Godden, who runs the business, is an extremely nice lady and we have always received excellent service. Her integrity is beyond question. We have no hesitation in giving EPM 5 stars
Excellent property management company, all my dealings here have been dealt with professionally and with a great deal of client care. Also it is refreshing to deal with a company that responds promptly, provides any relevant documentation needed in a timely manner, and puts value on the simplest and most fundamental I believe elements in business that can be lacking with a lot of companies ... sincerity and honesty, highly recommend.
