I have been using thus service recently. My son has special needs and he goes for respite weekends. I believe the service is great, what I love most is that. A manager that communicates with assistance and reassurance. The young person is treated with care and respect, the environment is not institutionalised, staff are professional,there is absolutely no clinical smell in the house.
