Cruel! Horrendous Service! No CARE for people! I beg you to STAY AWAY! We lost £6.5k worth of installation! First contact with the company in October 2020 for solar thermal via green homes grant for my parents – YOU sign the contract and they show their true colours. They surveyed our house TWICE! Seem to of gone out of business, warranty now invalid, issues with my panels what do I do now ?? Who do I call no numbers are valid, no emails being answered

Extremely disappointed to be left in the lurch without warning that EEC Solar have gone bust. They have not finished setting to work our PV-battery system.

Had solar panels installed eight years ago - some snags but sorted fine. Fast forward, there's now a clear intermittent electrical fault. Let them know eight weeks ago, and was first told there was not fault at all. Highlighted there very definitely is and provided the generation reports to prove it. Two week wait whilst they spoke the panel manufacturers. Then got told, okay - might be warranty covered or not - here's the initial charge.
