It is so reassuring to go into a shop and talk to people who know their business. They don’t pressure you into buying anything but guide you through the maize of brochures without blinding you with too many options. Andrew, Tyrone and Lee all are very knowledgable and give good advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Edwins if you are looking for help with Bathroom restoration.
I contacted Edwins after a bad experience with another bathroom supplier and unfortunately meant my project was delayed. I was looking for a Roca shower Tray and Edwins had been very helpful and accommodating.They had given me the lead time and it was accurate- unfortunately I was out of the country and asked it to be delivered on a particular date and they did. The driver, Graham was so friendly and helpful. Waited till I checked the tray was good and then i signed. Honestly it was smooth and easy. Would recommend :)
Probably the worst service I have ever received. After an initial meeting at their London branch I had to solicit a quote several times. I kept going as I was curious to see whether they would decide to respond at some point. It's two months now and still nothing. If this happens at the stage of asking for a quote, how long would it take them to respond if something goes wrong with your order?
I recently worked with the Edwin's Bathroom team to finalise the bathroom design and select the products for installation. Their experience and knowledge was excellent, the quoting and pricing was very competitive, and the MD even jumped in to assist source an alternative shower tray when the first option was on too long a lead time from the German manufacturer. Great service, the bathroom looks fantastic, and I can highly recommend Edwin's Bathrooms.
