Absolutely terrible experience with this letting agent. I have rented many properties and have never had poorer service. Throughout our tenancy our issues and requests were blatantly ignored multiple times, it was impossible to get a straight answer from them and we only ever had a quick response if there was potential for them to make money from us. Matthew has been amazing 🤩 He has put himself out to accommodate our viewing needs.. He has answered all our questions, in a genuine way. In our opinion Matthew seems to have totally understood our needs and budget and is a very easy chap to discuss any issues or concerns we have had. We would like to thank him for everything he is doing to help us move from Essex to Bournmouth.. we really appreciate it , especially as this is a big move for us .
